Amazing stay! The hosts were super friendly, they helped me with literally everything. The hotel is very nice, clean and well placed ( close to bus stop, bars and close to Venice city center!). I stayed here with my bf and I will come back for sure. Absolutely recommended!!!

Albertos place is a fab haven away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. From the stylish bathroom to the great amenities of the kitchen. Alberto thought of everything from providing a hairdryer to leaving some snacks and coffee after a days travel. Travelling with 2 teenage girls the WiFi was a much bonus too.

STOP your search and BOOK here! Alberto was an amazing host. His friend picked me up at the train station (isn't that the nicest!) and offered a lot of traveling tips. This apartment is also at a great location, about a 15 min walk to a station and 3 min walk to the BEST pizza place you'll ever go to. Alberto responds quickly and is always super helpful. I definitely recommend staying here, everything was a 10/10.

Good value for money, comfortable apartment and the kind host who speaks good English.
The sleeping room was really spacious with a huge and comfortable bed, and a lot of mirrors all around. I liked the way we collected the keys, and the fact that the bus stop was in front of the house. The host is very kind and reachable, and gives a clear instructions and good suggestions for the restaurants and what to see.

If you are staying in Venice this is the place to be, the location is perfect in terms of getting to the more touristy part of the city. Alberto went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including recomending some hidden gems that we never would have found on our own.

Alberto is one of the kindest host that I've had on Airbnb. Very helpful and a quick communicator. The house was in the best location to access the center of Venice and to enjoy some of the best restaurants. He provides you with so many local tips to maximize your stay, we had a great time! Alberto is super nice. Due to bad weather, we arrived 30min later than expected, the taxi driver didn't wait for us and Alberto came to pick us up himself. He provided all the necessary information and lots of tips about visiting and good restaurants, that's really useful. Also he prepared lots of snacks for breakfast. I really enjoyed his place.

Lovely place with very attentive staff ready to make your stay as pleasant as can be. Location is great and can easily be found from the train station where you can get to Venice or any surrounding cities very easily. Comfy beds! Highly recommend this place!

Alberto offers the whole package. Beautiful place, recently remodeled. He also offered many tips. The place is great and close to everything. Markets around, the bus stop is there, laundromat, and the famous Chichiriki restaurant. We should have stayed longer. Come stay with him.

If you're looking for an excellent and easy approachable friendly host and a "business hotel like" experience in between the locals to enjoy beautiful Venezia in one or two days, you definitely should book this appartement. We only had 20 hours to experience Venezia on our honeymoon and Alberto made sure we enjoyed it to the fullest. We actually didn't meet him, but he was a perfect "virtual" assistant. he responded to all our questions within minutes. he made sure the apartment met all our requests, was very clean and convenient. He helped us with the bus tickets, parking the car (free and visible from the appartment's balcony), tips, reservations... When we look back at it, it was crazy to experience Venezia in such a short period of time. But Alberto made sure we experienced it in comfort and happiness :)

A szobák szépek, kényelmesek, jól felszereltek. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a buszmegálló szinte a ház előtt van, nem kell autóval bemenni Velencébe. A tulajdonos segítőkész. az előre bekészített reggeli (csomagolt kétszersült és lekvár) is finom :)

Alberto is the MOST amazing host. When our car service wasn’t able to get us from the airport, Alberto welcomed us himself. He took a lot of time introducing us to the apartment and how to see Venezia in the limited time we had (2 days). His apartment is amazing and comfortable. I cannot say enough. He returned us to the airport on our departure day. Meeting Alberto and staying in his home made our trip to Venice the favorite of our Italy tour.

Delizioso appartamento
Ho soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento e non potevo fare scelta migliore. La casa è ristrutturata, spaziosa e luminosa. Proprio sotto casa c'è la fermata del bus diretto a Venezia. Quello che ho apprezzato di più di questa struttura è l'attenzione quasi maniacale per la pulizia. Unica pecca il cuscino un po' troppo morbido. In ogni caso consigliatissimo!

Alberto's place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable--well priced! Communication was great and Alberto took the time to go over local transportation. Location is one of the best features as the place is near a bus stop and close to Venice. I will stay at Alberto's place again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Schattige residentie die zeer artistiek en mooi is ingericht! Mijn vriendin en ik hebben hier 2 nachten geslapen in juli en volgende keer komen wij zeker terug - zeer goeie ervaring! Goed gelegen vlakbij het station, waardoor Venetië snel bereikbaar is, en dichtbij het strand. Verder zijn de eigenaren en het hele team ook super aardig en behulpzaam! Zeker een aanrader!

Es war sehr schön bei Alberto sehr sauber und man hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Ich habe in der naheliegenden Pizzaria die beste Pizza meines Lebens gegesen. Alberto ist super freundlich. Vielen Dank.

Ottima esperienza
Struttura pulita e comoda a tutti i servizi. Di fronte alla strada c'è un panificio consigliatissimo per il pane fresco, per non parlare della pasticceria sempre di fronte sulla destra. Si raggiunge Venezia in pochi minuti ed è appena fuori l'autostrada per chi come noi viene in macchina. Alberto è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli.

Mon mari et moi avons passé un très bon séjour à la Çà’ dei Cedri.
Tout était propre et accueillant et surtout l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Venise. L’hôte qui est Vénitien nous a donné de très bonnes adresses et des curiosités à visiter à Venise. Une vraie valeur ajoutée! Je recommande vivement cet endroit!

Hotel ideale per viaggi di lavoro. La struttura è completamente nuova e molto pulita. Il check-in è indicato dalle ore 15.00 ma telefonando è stato possibile anticiparlo di qualche ora.
